HSQL 1.8 in C#

Past week we started to port HSQL 1.8 to C#. Even thought we estimate about 3 weeks to get a compilable C# code base, Today we were able to finish it up. Whole HSQL 1.8 code base translated and compilable ... in just 1.5 weeks.
